DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are despatched on next working day delivery services, although please note, this does not necessarily guarantee 1-3 working day delivery as delivery service performance is beyond our control.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, delays are, however, occasionally inevitable as they may depend, among other things, on availability of the Goods. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods where the delay is beyond our control.
Although any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only, the following delivery times are in our experience usual (these estimates exclude Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays):
We aim to despatch all orders received by 4pm on the same working day or next working day, and orders received on a weekend or bank holiday on the subsequent working day, although this is not always possible during particularly busy periods.
Orders of £60 or more are delivered free of charge to mainland England, Wales and parts of southern Scotland. On orders of less than £60 there is a delivery charge of £4.99.
DELIVERY & PACKAGING
Time for delivery is given as accurately at possible but is not guaranteed. The Customer shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated nor shall the Customer be entitled to make, or to purport to make, time for delivery of the essence of the contract.
The date of delivery shall in every case be dependant upon prompt receipt of all necessary information final instructions or approvals from the Customer. Any delays or alternations by the Customer in design, specifications or quantities required may result in delay in delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy means that if you change your mind about an item you have bought and you have not used it, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. After you have received the returns confirmation and instructions from us, return the unused item to us within 14 days in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected it we can refund you.
What If My Order/Item Is Damaged/Faulty?
If an item is faulty or Damaged you must let us know within 2 Days of receiving it. Please let us know by emailing us at info@thediyzone.co.uk and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
How Do I Return An Item?
To return an item you must Email us at info@thediyzone.co.uk with a reason in order for us to process and accept the return/refund.
Can I Collect From The DIY Zone?
Yes, you can. Collection can be done after email confirmation received by The DIY Zone. Collection point will be: 1 Cherry Trees, Hartley, Kent DA3 8DS
Who Does The DIY Zone Use As Their Couriers?
Depending on the size and/or weight of your order, The DIY Zone will send your goods out via one of 4 couriers, DPD, Royal Mail, EVRI or UPS
Can I Track My Order?
If your order has been despatched on a tracked service then your despatch confirmation email will include a link to the consignment tracking information on the carrier website. If there is no link in your email then your order has been despatched without tracking, in which case no tracking information is available.
